Ni breakfast pagi ni... senang, mudah dan cepat... tapi si Along tak makan benda2 berat pagi2 buat ni.. dia lebih suka makan roti. Bawak bekal pun roti... jangan plak si Irfan, kalo hari2 makan roti, kang mulalah merungut...ni pun aku dh lama tak buat roti. Lama jugak ler BM tu tak kerja...takpe..bagi dia rest dulu...akan tiba masanyer..he.he...

Nasi Timbel from West Java

Nasi Timbel (Rice Timbel) is typical of Sunda (West Java) food, who presented with lalapan, sambal terasi, and pepes Ikan Mas (Goldfish wrapped in a banana leaf and roasted).
Timbel (in Sunda Language) with the meaning "Bekal" in Indonesian ( “Bekal” means “Supplies” in English), Histories, the farmers before going to rice field or farm always bring the supplies of rice with wrapped by banana leaf and completed with a side dish for lunch, therefore recognizing of Nasi Timbel.

Ingredients:
• 300 grs of hot rice
• 2 pieces of banana leaves

How to make:
Banana leaves to be stacked become one and put the hot rice in over with averaging then fold the long both sides to the middle and rolling glue.

Said dish of LALAPAN (dish of vegetables)
Lalapan can dish by cooked or raw.
Contain of cooked lalapan are pumpkin, leafy vegetable, spinach, string bean/chickpea and then boiled.
Contain of raw lalapan are eggplant, cabbage, string beans, basil, tomatoes and cucumber.

Side disch of SAMBAL TERASI (sauce made with blachen/hard shrimp paste)

Ingredients:
• 5 pieces of red curls chili
• 2 pieces of cayenne
• 1 teaspoon of baked/fried "terasi" (blachen/hard shrimp paste)
• 1 teaspoon of brown sugar
• 1 piece of small tomato
• 1 piece of lime
• Salt as adequate.

How to make raw sambal terasi:
Refined red curls chili, cayenne, shrimp paste, brown sugar, salt and tomato. But do not be too smooth, then add lime essence.
How to make cooked sambal terasi:
Steam red chili and tomatoes to wilt, lift and then refined add the shrimp paste, salt and lime essence.

Side disch of PEPES KUNING IKAN MAS (Goldfish wrapped with yellow spices in a banana leaf and roasted)
Ingredients:
• 4 pieces of goldfish
• Salt as adequate
• Lime gist
• 6 cloves of onion
• 3 cloves of garlic
• 3 cloves of hazelnut
• Turmeric
•1 pieces tomato
• basilleaves
• 2 stem of onions leaf
• Red chili
• Banana leaves for wrap

How to make Pepes Kuning Ikan Mas:
  1. Clean the fish, remove scales of fish and fish gills, and let there intact. Smear the fish with salt and lemon essence then let during 15 minutes.
  2. Refine the onion, garlic, turmeric and hazelnut, and then mix with slice of tomato, basil, onions and chili. Spice was ready.
  3. Take adequate banana leaves, put the fish and smear with a mixture of spices, then wrapped and steamed until cooked.
* Nasi timbel ready for serve completed with side dish

Gendang Kasturi

This is another recipe that I asked my mum to teach me...the amount yields quite an amount so you can half the ingredients..Mr Hubby's favourite...for this recipe she told me it best to add the coconut filling to give a more 'lemak' taste for the fillings...as usual different people, got their own different method, so its up to you to choose to your  convenience or preference ya..

Ingredients:-
400g kacang hijau-direndam 2-3 jam atau semalaman-(400g green beans-soaked 2-3 hours or overnignt)
3 sudu besar santan pekat-(3 tbsp coconut milk)
1/2 cawan air gula melaka-(1/2 cup palm sugar  syrup)
secubit garam-(a pinch of salt)


Method:-
Rebus kacang hijau sehingga agak lembut. Masukkan santan pekat, air gula melaka dan secubit garam dan gaul rata.. Bila adunan sudah pekat dan kembang, masukkan inti kelapa dan gaulkan rata. Matikan api dan biarkan sejuk. Buat bulat2 , leperkan dan ketepikan-(Put green beans to boil till soften. Add in coconut milk, palm sugar syrup and a pinch of salt, stir till incorporated. When mixture has thickens and soften, add in coconut filling and stir well. Turn off heat and let cool. Make balls, slightly flatten and put aside)

Bahan untuk tepung menggoreng:- (Ingredients for batter)
3 cawan tepung gandum-(3 cups plain flour)
air secukupnya-(water to estimate)
2 sudu besar kelapa parut -optional -(2 tbsp grated coconut-optional)
1-2 sudu kecil serbuk kunyit-( 1-2  tsp turmeric powder)
garam-(salt)
1/2 sudu kecil kapur- (1/2 tsp white lime)

Method:-
Masukkan tepung kedalam mangkuk, tuang air kacau sehingga sebati jika pekat tambah lagi sedikit demi sedikit air. Masukkan serbuk kunyit, kapur, kelapa parut dan garam. Ambil inti kacang hijau yang telah dibulat dan leperkan tadi  dan celupkan kedalam adunan tepung(seperti nak menggoreng pisang) dan goreng dengan api yang sederhana. hingga kekuningan. Angkat dan siap.-( Add flour into a bowl, mix water. Add in turmeric powder, white lime, grated coconut and salt. Take the flatten green beans fillings and dip into batter(same steps like frying the banana friiters) and fry with medium heat till golden yellow. Dish out and ready.)

Ikan Betawi


I gave this recipe a try, and it was a hit among my parents!!.. they love this...the laksa leaves really made the difference in this dish..adding to the bird eye chillies..sslurpp..

 Ingredients:-
1 ekor ikan tilapia -disiang dan dikelar2 digaul dengan sedikit garam -(1 red tilapia, cleaned, slashed, marinate with some salt)
*1 labu bawang besar-(*1 large onion)
*2 batang serai-(*2 lemongrass)
*1 inci halia-(*1 inch ginger)
* 10 tangkai cili padi-(*10 bird eyes chillies)
10 batang daun kesum-dipetik2 dan basuh bersih)-(10 sprigs laksa leaves, take the leaves,wash)
garam dan serbuk perasa-(salt and msg to taste)
sedikit minyak untuk menumis-(some oil  for saute)
1 kotak santan serbuk-dibancuh dengan air -saya gunakan santan kotak aje-(1 small box powdered coconut milk mix with water- I just used the instant ones)
1 sudu besar susu tepung-saya terlupa nak letak ni-(1 tbsp milk powder- I forgot about this)
beberapa cili padi dicampak saja-saya tambah-(some bird eyes chillies for garnishing-I added)

Method:-
Jerang periuk, masukkan minyak dan tumis *bahan2 kisar. Masukkan daun kesum, santan serbuk Mesti dikacau dengan 1 cawan air sejuk). Masukkan ikan, garam dan serbuk perasa. Apabila mendidih masukkan 1 sudu besar susu tepung. Masak sehingga ikan masak, diangkat dan dihidangkan dengan nasi putih.-(Heat oil and saute *blended ingreidients. Add in laksa leaves, powdered coconut milk( mix with 1 cup of water). Add in fish, salt and msg to taste. When boiled add in 1 tbsp milk powder. Let it boil till fish are cooked. Dish out and serve with white warm rice.)

Sup Cendawan Daun Kunyit

 For those who cant take hot..and for those who like to sip the soup..repeat telecast but this time round I added fishballs and soft tofu..

Ingredients:-
1 packet oyster mushroom-(1 paket cendawan tiram)
*1 big onion sliced-(*1 biji bawang besar dihiris)
*1 garlic sliced-(* 1 biji bawang putih)
*1 red chili sliced-(*1 biji cili merah dihiris)
1 turmeric leaf sliced-(1 helai daun kunyit)
10 anchovies sliced(I use ikan bilis cube) -(10 ikan bilis- saya gunakan kiub ikan bilis)
water to estimate-(air secukupnya)
oil for frying-(minyak untuk menumis)
salt to taste-(garam secukup rasa)

fishballs-added myself-(bebola ikan-saya tambah)
soft tofu-(tauhu lembik-saya tambah)

Method:-
Slice mushroom according to preference, washed and drained. Heat oil in saucepan and saute *sliced ingredients and turmeric leaf till fragrant  and add in water. Add in ikan bilis cube stir well.Let it boil and add in mushrooms and salt to taste. Ready-(Hiris cendawan ikut suka, basuh dan toskan. Panaskan minyak dan tumis bahan* hiris dan daun kunyit hingga naik bau dan masukkan air. Masukkan ikan bilis/kiub dan kacau . Biarkan mendidih dan masukkan cendawan, garam secukup rasa. Siap)

Ni request daripada lalink tersayang aku...semalam time nk tido aku dh siap2 tanya, nk masak lauk apa untuk esok... dan dia terus cakap nk makan kari telur rebus...emmm..senang citer...


BAHAN-BAHANNYA:
Telur (direbus dan dibuang kulitnya)
4 biji bawang merah *
3 biji bawang putih *
1 inci halia *
3 biji buah pelaga
1 kuntum bunga lawang
3 s/b rempah kari ayam / daging
1 s/b serbuk cili
1/2 cawan susu cair / santan
3 cawan air
Sedikit daun kari
2 biji cili hijau (dibelah 4)
Sedikit minyak
Garam, perasa dan sedikit gula

CARA-CARANYA:
Tumbuk bahan yang bertanda *
Panaskan sedikit minyak didalam periuk, buah pelaga dan bunga lawang bersama bahan tumbuk hingga garing,
masukkan rempah kari & serbuk cili
Tumis hingga garing,
masukkan pula daun kari dan air, biarkan mendidih,
gaul seketika,
masukkan susu cair dan gaul lagi hingga menggelegak,
masukkan telur, cili hijau, garam, perasa dan sedikit gula,
biarkan kesemua bahan sebati dan masak bolehlah ditutup apinya.


Luak tambahan hari ini. Sambal ikan cencaru.

Bihun Goreng

Pagi sume? korang breakfast apa pagi ni??? beli atau buat sendiri?? ke tak makan langsung...

Hari ni aku buatkan bihun goreng. Versi sempoi jer..cuma letak sayur kobis. Kalo letak segala taugeh dan sawi, kang berjam plak anak2 aku makan. Memilih sayur letak kat tepi.

Kat rumah ni, aku mmg buatkan perencah bihun/mee goreng banyak2. Pas tu simpan dalam esbox. Kiranya macam perencah bihun/mee goreng Adabi tu ler.. senang kan..nk masak jer. Potong ayam atau daging, masukkan telur dan sayur, kacau goreng...dh SIAP !!!

Untuk Hang Jebat aku, special sikit sbb ada telur goreng mata kerbau. Irfan jeles..
"Mama, nape abang punyer takde telur?" he,he.... Mama pun jawab "Sebab Abang Irfan belum sunat, sbb tu takde telur.." wakahkahkah.....

Grilled Chicken Chop With Black Pepper Sauce


















Sorry banyak banyak to all my visitors coz lama sangat ambik masa untuk post recipe grilled chicken ni... i've been very busy..kalo tak busy buat kerja, busy masak, kalo busy masak i busy tido hehehhe

Nak masak chicken chop ni seelok nya debone kan the chicken..tapi i tak pandai nak debone, kalau i debone kan nanti hancur lebur chicken tu..untuk mendebone kan chicken boleh tgk kat youtube...ada dia ajar cara2 nak debone kan ayam...tapi kalo malas macam i tak yah la susah susah nak debone kan...masak jer terus dengan tulang tu then debone dengan gigi masa masuk mulut tu nanti..the traditional method hhehee..so here's the recipe...sebenarnyer d secret of good grilled chicken lies in the way u marinate it...kalo u marinate sedap maka sedap la grilled chic chop you...:)




GRILLED CHICKEN CHOP WITH BLACK PEPPER SAUCE

Untuk perapan ayam:

1 ekor ayam - di belah empat..kalau pandai debone, elok la di debone kan..kalo tak pandai, tak yah la debone kan...kalau nak debone remember to debone first then baru belah 4
1 cam lada hitam - coarse
4 camb sos BBQ
4 camb sos tiram
4 camb sos Worcestershire
3 camt serbuk paprika
3 camb serbuk kari
sedikit garam
3 camb honey
1 biji lemon - ambil jusnya

Cara-caranya:

1. Perap ayam dengan semua bahan. Perapkan dan simpan di dalam peti ais. Kalau boleh perap la semalaman. Kalau dah tak sempat perapla 2-3 jam sebelum di grill.

2. Set kan oven mengikut cara-cara untuk grill ayam mengikut manual oven masing-masing. Saya menggunakan oven brand Elba. Setkan kepanasan 'max', letak ayam di para ke 4 dari bawah. Jangan lupa gunakan fan assisted oven. Dengan temperature 'max' ayam akan digrill dengan cara burning the outside while keeping the chicken juice inside. Grill selama 10 - 15 minit sahaja.

3. Keluarkan ayam bila dah masak. Hidang dengan black pepper sauce and vegetables.



Bahan-bahan untuk Black Pepper Sauce:


1 biji bawang besar - cincang
2 biji bawang putih - cincang
2 camb butter - untuk menumis
1 camt lada hitam - coarse
1 paket sos lada hitam - aku pakai 'yamie'
1 camt honey
2 camb BBQ sos
Garam
1 camb tepung jagung - bancuh dengan sedikit air


Cara-caranya:

1.Cairkan butter dan tumis bawang besar dan putih yang telah dicincang hingga garing.

2. Bila dah garing masukkan lebihan marinade tadi dan juga semua bahan-bahan untuk buat sos. Tambahkan sedikit air. Untuk memekatkan kuah boleh diletakkan sedikit bancuhan tepung jagung.

3. Hidangkan Grilled Chick Chop bersama sayur-sayuran seperti brocolli dan carrot yang dicelur ataupun baked potato.

Pandan Chiffon Cake

After browsing many variations of chiffon cake, I decided to make Pandan Chiffon cake for KBB´s challange this month. No oil and no margarine needed in this recipe. Mbak Esther, thank you for sharing the recipe.

Pandan Chiffon Cake

Ingredients:
I. 100 all purpose flour
115 g caster sugar (me: 100 g)
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
sifted

II. 6 egg yolks
3 tablespoons water, a pinch of salt
, 1 teaspoon pandan pasta
mix these ingredients by using electric mixer

III.6 egg whites
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
56 g caster sugar (me: 50 g)
beat the egg whites. Add caster sugar and cream of tartar, then continue to beat until the whites soft peak





directions: use a spatula to combine I+II, gently fold in the egg whites (III) to the mixture. Pour the mixture into the cake tin. Bake the cake in moderate oven temperature 180°C for about 40 minutes. Allow to cool.

Kuetiau Sup

Pagi tadi dh makan nasi kan..so takkan nk makan nasi lagi yer tak?? ok...masak kuetiau sup plak utk tengahari ni.... Baby Zack asyik tido jer sebelah siang..so banyak masa nk main tenet, blog walking, masak dll. Cuma nk exercise jer lom dapat lagi..takut bentan plak kang...cik abe gak yg susah...

Black Forest

Bahan :
- 8 butir kuning telur
- 180 gr gula halus
- 90 gr tepung
- 25 gr coklat bubuk
- 5 butir putih telur
- 150 gr mentega


Cara membuat :
Gula dan mentega dikocok sampai putih, masukkan kuning telur satu persatu sambil terus dikocok sampai mengembang, putih telur dikocok tersendiri, tepung dan coklat bubuk di campur sampai rata, campur semua bahan diatas dan aduk pelan – pelan sehingga benar – benar tercampur, tuangkan ke dalam cetakkan berbentuk bulat dan bakar pada 190 ‘ C selama 20 menit, hiasi kue sesuai selera.

Nasi Lemak

Pagi ni buat nasi lemak plak untuk breakfast. Lama dh tak buat nasi lemak ni, asyik beli, beli dan beli jer...


Takde lauk special pun, cuma sambal ikan bilis dan telur goreng mata kerbau... kalo nk kutip duit ni, meh sorang rm1.50 sen...murah jer..aku tak jual mahal laaa...wakahkahkah....



P/s: Malam tadi baby takmo tidur laa... asyik meragam jer..letak atas tilam tak mo tido, tp bila riba lelap plak dia...mcm2 ragam... hubby dh ingat nk letakkan dalam buai jer.. tp bila difikirkan, masih kecik lagi, baru 16 hari.. takut plak dia gayat naik buai tu. Lagipun tak nk biasakan, kang 24jam nk berbuai jer...anak2 aku yang 2 ketui lagi tu pun awal naik buai. Belum abis pantang lagi dh naik. Siap buai elektrik lagi....


Lapis Daging Semur

One of the favorite dishes of the Indonesian population is the "LAPIS DAGING SEMUR" that comes from the region of Central Java

Ingredients:
500 grs of meat (filet)
500 ml of water
2 tbsp of butter/margarine
2 tbsp of sweet soy sauce
1 tsp of vinegar for cook
2 pcs of tomatoes and slice
1 pcs of egg

mix and refined below spices :
3 cloves of garlic
6 cloves of onion
3 pcs of hazelnut
1/2 tsp of pepper

How to make:
  1. Cut meat/filet with crosswise fiber, thickness 0.5 cm, knocks in order to tender then bedraggling with refined spices and eggs. Aside.
  2. Heat the butter/margarine the fried the meat till to brown color.
  3. Add water, tomatoes, vinegar, sweet soy sauce and cooking until meat is tender and sauce become a little.
  4. Serve with sambal terasi (sauce made with blachen/hard shrimp paste)
This menu just for 6 people

Lagi pengen makan coklat2...kemaren beli coklat silverqueen yg kecil diembat ma adek...T_T huks... trus akhirnya pangen bikin brownies deh...

Biasanya aku bikin pake resep brownies panggang yg pake coklat blok n mentega...nah, iseng2 nyari resep brownies lain di internet, dapetlah resep pennylane's brownies di blognya mba A.G, yg tyt resepnya ambil dari NCC,  ngetop juga tuh di NCC...hehehe... tempat contekan resep favoritku...xixixix...^__^ tp kayaknya resepnya agak beda di jumlah takaran gula deh...yah, aku ambil resepnya mba A.G dulu deh...^^ 

yasud, bikin dah... ternyata gak pake coklat blok, tapi pake coklat bubuk n minyak goreng...hmm, kyk gimana yah? hayuk kita coba...^_~


Pennylane's brownies 2

PENNYLANE'S BROWNIES

Bahan :
4 butir telur
250 gula pasir
225 ml minyak goreng
60 grmbubuk coklat
210 grm tepung terigu
1/2 sdt garam
1 sdt vanili bubuk
kacang mede cincang n chocochips masing2 1 genggam bwt taburan n coklat leleh secukupnya

Cara membuat :
Alasi loyang dengan kertas roti dan olesi dengan margarine 
Panaskan oven 180 derajat celsius
Campur coklat, terigu dan vanili bubuk
Kocok telur dan gula sampai mengembang dan gula latur
Masukan garam dan kocok lagi hingga rata
Matikan mixer, ayakkan campuran tepung kedalam adonan terlur, aduk rata
Masuka minyak goreng dan aduk rata
Tuangkan adonan dalam loyang dan panggang selama kurleb 35 menit
Test dengan tusuk gigi
Dinginkan sebelum dikeluarkan dari loyan dan potong-potong sebelum disajikan



 Pennylane's Brownies 1

Rasanya enaaakk...emang nyoklat banget...cuman, hmm, gak tau kare kebiasaan bikin brownies yg resep lama ato gimana gitu... coklatnya kurang mantep!! Emang sih, menurutku emang mantep pake coklat blok...dari segi manis ama legitnya beda....tapi, over all.... uenaaakkk tenan nih brownies...lumayan buat selingan, siapa tau pas gak punya coklat blok...coklat bubuk pun jadi brownies....huehuehuehe...^__^

Sambal goreng krecek

Temennya gudeg biar komplit, tapi makan pake ini aja udah mantap rasanya...cobain yuuukkkk


Bahan :
200 gr kerupuk kulit, goreng, sisihkan
100 gr kacang merah (aku pake kacang kdelai, rendam kurleb 2 jam, tiriskan dan bersihkan)
2 lembar daun salam
500 ml santan kental
cabe rawit utuh sesuai selera

Bumbu halus :
10 buah cabe merah
8 siung bawang merah ( 1 spanish inion ukuran besar)
4 siung bawang putih
50 grm ebi ( seduh dengan air panas terlebih dulu)
1 ibu jari lengkuas
garam secukupnya

Cara membuat :
Tumis bumbu halus+daun salam sampai harum, masukkan santan, aduk rata,lalu masukkan kerupuk kulit dan kacang kedelai, aduk rata, masak hingga santan asat, angkat dan sajikan

Chocolate Fudge Cake

Perfect!!!! in taste...the best Chocolate Fudge Cake I ever made!!..soft, moist and spongy...betul tak bedek jugak!!..hehe...almost like the bought ones...rich in chocolatey taste..this was  Iqram's birthday cake...
My concept for this cake was 'lego block'...since Iqram like lego, I tried making this giant replica of it..hehehe.. ..dont really resembles, but almost if only I can get the small moulds in straight cut instead of curved sides...


Should have thought of it more details, when I poured the ganache on to the small moulds as the sides was quite difficult to smoothen it....Mr Hubby's comments was I  should have used any vibrant colour, either yellow, orange  or blue to give the much effect rather then 'brown' or chocolate!!..(cannot really see)..

Agreed with him but, I told him that if were to use colours for the cream, the kids wouldnt like them, as they only EAT chocolate coloured cakes!!!..

Chocolate Fudge Cake
Sources:-From Aunty Yochana

Ingredients for Sponge Cake:-
(A)
120 gm. Superfine flour
1/4 tsp. Baking powder
1/4 tsp. Bicarbonate of soda
1/4 tsp. salt
85 gm. sugar-(Ayu  used 75g)
4 egg yolks
50 gm. cooking oil (any brand)
40 gm. water
1 Tbsp. chocolate emulco / paste
35 gm. cocoa powder + 60 gm. hot water

(B)
4 nos. egg white
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
85 gm. castor sugar-(Ayu used 75g)

Ganache:-
250 gm. dairy whipping cream
300 gm. cooking chocolate
50 gm. butter

Method:
(1) Mix all the ingredients (A) together into a smooth batter.
(2) Whisk (B) till until stiff peak.
(3) Fold (A) and (B) together, taking care not to overmix. Pour into a 9" round cake tin and bake at 175C for about 45 mins. or till cooked. Remove cake from oven and let it sit on the cooling for 3 mins. before removing from the tin.
(4) For Ganache, heat up the dairy whipping cream, pour into the chocolate and stir till chocolate melts, then add in the butter. Stir till smooth and let it set until it's or a spreading consistency.
(5) Slice sponge cake into 3 layers. Spread ganache on every layer and sandwich them together. Cream the whole with ganache and decorate as desired.

* This chocolate fudge cake is using ganache and it's not the custard-like fudge cake.



A 'Giant lego block' chocolate fudge cake , decorated with real lego block which I borrowed from the boys..accompanied with some men sitting on it...my mum's comment was macam 'lori ta** '..kikiki..

Pelatihan wirausaha boga bertema Pembuatan Kue Dari Bahan Non Beras & Non Terigu diselenggarakan oleh Gereja Arnoldus Bekasi. Pelatihan ini diperuntukan bagi siapa saja yang ingin belajar berwirausaha boga khususnya bahan pangan non beras dan non terigu yang kecenderunganya semakin naik harganya karena sebagian besar produk impor.
Tujuan dari pelatihan ini adalah memberikan bekal pengetahuan kepada para peserta agar termotivasi untuk berwirausaha boga khususnya dari bahan non beras dan non terigu. Dengan berwirausaha diharapkan ekonomi keluarga meningkat dan membantu kesejahteraan masarakat.
Turut berbangga hati karena bisa menjadi bagian dari acara ini. Semoga sedikit ilmu yang saya sampaikan pada acara ini bisa bermanfaat dan bisa menjadi amal jariyah. Amin.

Milky Fruity Vanilla Muffin

Irfan dh pandai merungur.. asyik2 bawak bekal roti jer pegi tadika. Kawan2 dia pun asyik kutuk dia..asyik2 roti, asyik2 roti. Hari ni buatkan muffin ni kat dia untuk bawak bekal esok.. Tapi sempat ker? takut petang nanti dh licin...




Hari tu, masa kat spital aku ada makan muffin ni. Mmg sedap..mcm nk mintak lebih ler..tp malu ler plak..wakahkahkah... hari ni buat sendiri


Resepi senang sangat.Lembut dan moist. Cubalah... dapat 12 bijik.

-1 cawan tepung gandum
-1 sudu kecil baking powder
-1/2 sudu kecil soda bicarbonat
-1/8 cawan susu tepung
-1/3 cawan gula (boleh lebihkan kalo suka manis, yg ni manis2 buah)
-2 sudu besar butter-dicairkan
-susu cair secukupnya
-1 biji telur
-sedikit esen vanilla
-buah2 campuran -ikut suka nk banyak mana
-badam ditabur di atas muffin

Cara-cara
-tepung, susu tepung, baking powder dan baking soda diayak.
- Pukul telur sedikit.
-buat lubang, dan masukkan bahan2 cecair.
-Gaul sebati.
-masukkan susu cair sedikit demi sedikit.
-Tambah buah2 campuran
-Sendukkan ke dalam acuan muffin
-Bakar selama 30 minit pada suhu 180'c
-Siap !!!

Gudeg

Resepnya banyak macemnya, tapi aku selalu pake resep ibuku,yang menurutku simple tapi jadi faforit setiap kali aku masak gudeg.

Bahan :
500 gr nangka (aku pake yang kalengan)
10 lembar daun salam
700 ml santan kental
300 gr daging/ayam

Bumbu halus :
15 siung bawang merah ( 2 spanish onion)
6 siung bawang putih
8 buah kemiri
2 sdm ketumbar
garam secukupnya
100 gr gula merah/gula jawa

Cara membuat :
Tata daun salam di dasar panci, lalu masukkan daging dan nangka, masukkan bumbu halus dan santan, masak dengan api kecil sampai daging lunak, jika santannya asat sebelum dagignya lunak, tambahkan air panas kedalam panci, masak lagi hingga daging lunak( aku pake panci presto, lumayan menghemat waktu ).
Masak hingga airnya asat, matikan api, angkat dan sajikan ...

Happy 9th Birthday Fadhly Iqram

We went to Swensen's for dinner at the same time to  celebrate Iqram's birthday today...Mr Hubby said I dont have to cook for today's event as he planned to celebrate Iqram's birthday outside...I was busy making Iqram's birthday cake yesterday and today , but too bad we cant bring in the cake to the restaurant as the company's rule no outside food allowed...so we just cut the cake after the dinner..

Mum followed but dad left behind as he got his own agenda...Basically these are what we ordered for the dinner..

He was too full that he cant even ate the ice cream!..haha..really 'mega burger'

she complained I didnt made pasta for quite sometimes now that is why she ordered this..hehe

Double Cheese Beef Burger -Mr Hubby's choice
The burger meat was as big as his fist..haha...
10 years dont want to eat burger anymore!..hehe

The budak perempuan  who wants Pasta/spaghetti but at the end cant finish!!

at first ordered for the kids but at the end the adults finished up!!
  Ordered this for dessert-
Sticky Chewy Chocolate, lucky we ordered only one of this..
 As this was given as a complimentary ice cream from the restaurant

 Then, Mr Hubby  requested the staff to sing Birthday songs for Iqram, 
(the service that they do free of charge)
quite malu as the most customers looked at our table..hehe...
 
Then came another complimentary ice cream cake for Iqram!!
Huh!!..another 10 years dont want ice cream...
